1.2. Our Responsibility: We are responsible for technological security, storage management, data integrity, and platform availability.

2. Data Collected

We collect data necessary to provide the service, such as: full name, CPF/CRM, email, payment data (processed by a secure gateway), and access logs (IP, date, and time).

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is used exclusively for:

• Providing access to the platform and purchased courses;
• Issuing certificates;
• Ensuring cybersecurity and fraud prevention;
• Complying with legal obligations.

4. Security and Storage

4.1. Protection Measures: We use modern security protocols, including SSL encryption, firewalls, and high-availability servers (Cloud Computing) with strict compliance standards.

4.2. Information Management: We maintain backup procedures and disaster recovery plans to ensure that course and student data are always protected from loss or corruption.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Sharing occurs only with:

• The Doctor/Clinic responsible for the course the student enrolled in;
• Payment processors and cloud computing services necessary for operation;
• Judicial authorities, when legally required.

7. Changes
